Jewelry Care / Info

Each piece is one of a kind and handmade.  Metals may darken over time due to natural oils, soaps, etc. I do oxidize most of my pieces, and patinas will vary in color. I keep the stones in their natural state the way I obtain them. Some pieces may have materials that shouldn't get wet - I will notate on description. You may use a jewelry cloth to lightly clean, or you can use white toothpaste and toothbrush.  I do not recommend using a "jewelry cleaner" to clean your handcrafted oxidized pieces. 

Ear rings: I mostly use 20 gauge wire to easily fit through your ear holes.  Sometimes I will use 18 gauge which is a tad thicker. I will do my best to state which earrings have the larger gauge wire.  Feel free to carefully adjust the sterling wire to lay the way you would like in your ear.  (ex.  I have one ear that my piercing is lower and off centered).  If you have any questions just let me know.

Rings: sized to "best fit", whether you wear on your ring or middle finger make sure you are able to size your finger prior to purchasing.  Due to the nature of some of the rings forms, the ring sizer isn't completely accurate.  I will compare using a digital caliper, ring sizer and a mandrel to come to the best fit possible.  

Pricing: I price my pieces accordingly to the length of time, materials and market value.

Shipping:  I ship via USPS First Class with Insurance or USPS Priority 2-3 day with Insurance.  Expedited shipping is available upon request, send an email prior to purchase for quote.  If for any reason there is an over payment for shipping from multiple purchases I will refund any difference.

Gift Cards/Gift Wrapping:  Gift cards can be purchased for multiple amounts just click on drop down menu and proceed.  I am happy to ship a gift wrapped piece for you.  I would love to know if it is for an anniversary or birthday so I can make the experience special.

Payments:  I currently accept PayPal payments

Refunds:  I want you to love your piece, and accept returns within 14 days upon your receipt of item.  Once received and inspected, I will refund in full, minus return shipping.
